The Multi Logger LB 5310 is a modern data acquisition and processing system with three count rate channel inputs, which can be calculated into two measuring channels. Its program structure is designed for activity and dose rate measurements in radiation protection, environmental protection and the radio nuclide laboratory. The standard version includes the option to connect the instrument to 24 V DC; therefore, the instrument can easily be used in cars or trucks. The LB 5310 is built from 19” components, so that the instrument can be installed either in a table housing or in a rack. When measuring the activity of individual samples, the LB 5310 operates as a scaler-timer. The continuous dose rate measurement and the activity-in-air monitoring are carried out in the rate meter mode.
